Nexismax Distributor Agreement
This Distributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Nexismax (“Company”) and the undersigned Distributor (“Distributor”) for the purpose of defining the terms and conditions of participation in the Nexismax business opportunity.
1. Distributor Enrollment
Distributor agrees to maintain an active monthly subscription totaling $100 retail with Nexismax products to remain qualified for bonuses and active status.
2. Starter Package
Upon enrollment, the Distributor will receive the following package:
– (1) Nexismax Energy product a $60 retail value
– Access to online training portal
– Personal distributor microsite
– Marketing and business tools
3. Compensation Plan
Distributor is eligible to earn retail profits, team commissions, and bonuses as outlined in the Nexismax Compensation Plan. Earnings are based solely on product sales volume and team performance, not recruitment alone.
4. Policies and Procedures
Distributor agrees to abide by all Nexismax policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. Failure to comply may result in termination of distributorship.
5. Independent Contractor Status
Distributor acknowledges they are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Nexismax. Distributor is responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and compliance with local business laws.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Distributor must cease representing Nexismax and remove all branding upon termination.
7. E-Signature and Agreement
By signing below electronically, Distributor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. This e-signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
