NEXISMAX AMBASSADOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Ambassador Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Nexismax LLC (“Nexismax” or “Company”) and the undersigned (“Ambassador”).
By electronically signing or otherwise accepting this Agreement, the Ambassador acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all
terms and conditions set forth herein. This Agreement is legally binding and enforceable under applicable U.S. federal and state laws, and in any
current or future international markets in which Nexismax operates.
1. Ethical Conduct and Professional Behavior
Ambassadors shall conduct themselves with integrity, professionalism, and respect at all times when representing Nexismax. Any form of derogatory, defamatory,
or unethical behavior, whether online or offline, may result in immediate forfeiture of distributorship privileges or other corporate-sanctioned actions as
determined solely by Nexismax Corporate. All disciplinary decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
2. Lineage Protection and Recruiting Policy
Ambassadors are strictly prohibited from recruiting, soliciting, or attempting to influence any distributor or ambassador within another lineage.
Under no circumstances shall customers be transferred from one lineage to another. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of
ambassador status and forfeiture of all rights, commissions, and earnings.
3. Collaboration Between Lineages
Ambassadors are prohibited from engaging in unreasonable or unauthorized collaboration with members of other lineages unless prior written approval is
granted by Nexismax Corporate or its authorized affiliates. All collaborations must support the ethical growth and reputation of Nexismax and its
community.
4. Non-Compete Clause
Ambassadors agree not to engage in, own, operate, consult for, or promote any competing company, brand, or product line during the term of their
association with Nexismax and for a period of two (2) years following termination, resignation, or separation for any reason. This clause applies
to all 50 U.S. states, territories, and international markets where Nexismax conducts business.
5. Refund and Compliance Policy
Nexismax shall maintain refund policies consistent with the consumer protection laws and standards of all 50 U.S. states and territories. Refunds,
exchanges, and cancellations shall be processed according to applicable statutes, and all ambassadors are required to honor these standards in their
sales and promotional activities.
6. Binding Effect and Waiver of Appeal
Ambassadors acknowledge that all disciplinary, compliance, or termination decisions made by Nexismax Corporate are final and binding. Ambassadors
expressly waive any right to appeal such decisions in any court of law or through arbitration under the laws of any U.S. state or territory or in
any international jurisdiction. Ambassadors agree that this waiver is a material condition of this Agreement.
7. Legal Compliance
All ambassadors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing marketing, advertising, income claims, and consumer
protection. Nexismax reserves the right to amend this Agreement to ensure continued compliance with changing regulations. Ambassadors are responsible
for staying informed of all policy updates communicated by Nexismax.
8. Execution and Electronic Signature
This Agreement may be executed electronically and shall be considered valid and enforceable as an original signed document. By signing electronically,
the Ambassador agrees that their electronic signature carries the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
