4. Use of Products
Nexismax products are dietary and wellness supplements intended for adult use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a physician before starting any new supplement program. Nexismax disclaims any liability for misuse of its products.
5. Distributor and Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, passwords, and activities under your account. Any suspected unauthorized use must be reported immediately to Nexismax support.
6. Orders, Payments, and Refunds
All purchases are subject to product availability and payment verification. Nexismax reserves the right to limit or refuse sales. Refunds or exchanges are processed according to Nexismax’s refund policy, which complies with applicable Texas and federal consumer protection laws.

Nexismax reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted publicly, and continued use of Nexismax products or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first attempt to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, with jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.
